What’s your best piece of advice to people caring for elderly parents?
Show them that you care about the stories that they tell you. Know that it is not possible to do everything you want to do for them, and that it is OK to get assistance. Socialization within the right senior community is a far healthier choice than having a senior live at home alone, or in family home where most of the folks are often away, or dealing with other significant challenges.
So glad to have you and your commitment in our club
